Dawson and the Tuskegee Choir toured extensively from the 1930s to the 1950s. The Tuskegee choir appeared on the “Charlie McCarthy Show” (1950), the “Kate Smith Show” (1952), the “Eddie Fisher Show” (1953 and 1954), “Frontiers of Faith” (1954) and the “Arthur Godfrey Show” (1954) (Monroe, 90-113).
