Requests for Information
Due to the large volume of research inquiries received, the Research Services staff will spend a maximum of 30 minutes on each inquiry. Requests that require more time must be handled by personal visit or by a research assistant hired by the inquirer. Research Services can provide a list of freelance researchers who are able to conduct research for an hourly fee. Reference requests are handled in the order received with an average turnaround time of five working days.

Requests for Reproductions
Reproduction requests from researchers who cannot come to Emory, and who can precisely identify materials that they would like to have copied, will be considered on a case by case basis. The same policies that apply to reproductions requested on site apply to orders placed remotely, and the same paperwork must be completed. (Please see the sections under Reproduction and Duplication Services.) Researchers wishing to order reproductions without visiting MARBL should contact MARBL to discuss their request.
